The User ID is a unique identification that will be used to access this system. You can select any User ID you like as long as it is 25 characters or less.

PIN numbers are issued only to contractors already registered with the program, but do not have a user account. If you did not receive a letter or have otherwise lost your PIN, view the Minor Label program information page.
